Founder of FCIH, Dr. Rurak has over a decade of experience practicing as a naturopathic physician. She holds a FABNO designation through the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology and is a certified clinician through the Menopause Society (MSCP). These designations place her at the forefront of integrative approaches to menopause and cancer care. She is committed to creating a hub of excellence in integrative medicine at FCIH, where aspiring medical professionals can learn and grow in their practice.
Tessa Gelderman, BSc., ND:
Dr. Tessa Gelderman offers a grounded, evidence-informed approach that is tailored to your unique needs, blending the best of integrative and conventional care. With a deep respect for both science and nature, she provides compassionate primary care for individuals and families across all life stages. Dr. Gelderman works with a wide range of health concerns — including pediatrics, women’s and men’s health, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal conditions, mental health, and chronic disease. She has trained alongside Dr. Erin Rurak and is honored to now practice beside her mentor, continuing to grow within a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
