I am grateful to Dr Erin Rurak as she continues to support me through my oral cancer journey and more recently my health in general. Prior to surgery - when our medical system had nothing to offer - Dr Rurak prescribed a topical medication that I am convinced contained the cancer virus in one only lymph node, as well as provided sage advice on diet, supplements and intermittent fasting which I believe prevented the virus from thriving and spreading during the weeks and months before surgery. Following surgery - when again our medical system had nothing to offer in the way of managing the HPV16 virus, Dr Rurak is guiding me to appropriate testing that will provide ongoing direction for interventions. Dr Rurak is going out of her way to accommodate me at her office (when she is not typically in) when I I am in Vancouver next week. This good doctor is warm, friendly and not afraid of emotions. I highly recommend this naturopathic doctor.

I opted for the Full Circle Integrative Health to continue my naturopathic treatment offered by Dr. Erin Rurak who is looking after my health since 2022. Each time I am in contact with Dr.Rurak I end up with new ideas regarding my healthy lifestyle, even including new recipes . She is encouraging me to keep up with my diet - one alkaline and anti inflammatory- which I have been embracing since I met Dr.Rurak. Dr. Rurak first looked after my dad who had a lot of health challenges. She looked after him well, very respectful to him and very detail oriented. Now me and my husband are under her care. I had a great experience at FCIH's infusion suite when I went for my iron infusion. My work went late so they were able to accommodate me after hours. I had my dogs in the car and it was hot out so they let me bring my dogs into the clinic to keep them cool. I have bad veins but Dr. Rurak had no problems placing my IV. The chairs were super comfy and I was able to watch Netflix on their TV during my infusion. I've suffered from iron fevers after previous iron infusions at the hospitals and other infusion clinics. Dr. Rurak recommended a very slow infusion followed by an infusion of IV glutathione. For the first time in 5 years, I had no iron fever! I will definitely be coming back to this clinic. Highly recommend it!

I had my first vitamin drip IV at Full Circle. The process was very smooth and enjoyable. The chairs are super comfortable and I got to watch Top Gun Maverick as I had my vitamin boost which was fantastic! I felt great after it and will be going back again.

Such an amazing experience visiting the new Full Circle Integrative Health clinic in Burnaby! The space is beautiful and welcoming and Dr. Gelderman is so good at what she does! If you are looking for a highly-skilled, compassionate and supportive ND, look no further! The visits are very in depth and informative, but also flow in a very natural way! I always walk away with better understanding of what’s happening with my body and why, and with a treatment plan I’m confident in. The IV station at the clinic is just the icing on the cake and is my favourite thing to do to recover from a week of intense training and to make up for any nutrient deficiencies.

Dr. Rurak was extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease while doing my Botox in the comfort of my own home. The results were exactly what I wanted, and I felt I was in very competent hands throughout the entire process.

I had been curious about Botox treatments for some time..the pros and the cons. I finally took a leap of faith and set up an appointment with Dr Rurak. She came to my home and listened to why I was considering trying Botox and what my expectation of the treatment was. She addressed all of my concerns regarding risk and how she managed her protocols to avoid any negative outcome. She then assessed which treatments would be most appropriate for me and indicated where the injection sites would be. I am very needle shy and anxious. She showed me how tiny the needles are and explained how she numbs the sites with a tiny ice pack before injecting. She kept me distracted by explaining everything she did as she went along. She was able to put me at ease. Some injections I did not feel at all; others stung a tiny bit but only for a moment. Afterwards she told me the aftercare I should follow over the next few hours. She then packed up her bag and informed me the next treatment, should I wish to continue, would be needed in 3-4 months. All in all a great experience! I will using her services in the future. Consider giving her services a try…either for yourself or yourself and a group of family and friends👍👍
