Continuing Your Care

After 11 wonderful years of practicing in Fort Langley and caring for over 2,000 patients, I have made the difficult but exciting decision to open my own clinic, Full Circle Integrative Health, closer to home. I know this change may come as a surprise, and I want to assure you that I remain deeply committed to your health and ongoing care.

Although I will no longer be practicing in Fort Langley, I am still here for you—whether in person at my new clinic, through virtual appointments, or by phone. My new space was chosen with accessibility in mind, making it easier for patients across the Lower Mainland and throughout BC to continue seeing me. This move also allows me to be closer to my family and reduce my reliance on driving, which is a welcome change.

Patient Transition

If you’d like to continue seeing me as your Naturopathic Doctor, the transition is simple. The only requirement is signing a release of records so that your chart can be safely transferred to my care. Once completed, nothing else will change in how we work together.

Support

I hope to continue supporting you on your health journey, and I’m here to answer any questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more details.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am a current patient of Dr. Rurak’s and I would like to continue to see her. How can I go about this?

Dr. Rurak is committed to providing the same care as she always has to her current patients at her new location. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you and it requires two steps. Fill the form (above) to request a Release of Records. Lastly, we will need you to sign an online consent form to receive care at her new clinic. Any questions contact us below or call 604-373-7975.

I live in remote BC and would love to be a patient. Is this possible?

Yes, we have many patients from all over BC. We can see you remotely via video or if you prefer phone. You will receive the same care and access to the same lab testing as patients we see locally.

How do I go about using your Infusion Services?

All patients of the clinic have access to our infusion services automatically. If you would like to use are infusion/injection services only then you can book a 15 minute IV screen with one of our Naturopathic Physicians to discuss what you are looking for.

Are the consults and tests covered through MSP?

Currently MSP does not cover any Naturopathic services. However, our services are often covered through patient’s extended health care plans. Check with your provider to see what your coverage is under your health plan

What are your cancellation policies?

Because of the high demand we experience for treatments and consultation services, we require 24 hours notice for cancellation.  We have a wait list of patients eager to attend the clinic who we can call to fill vacant appointments with sufficient notice.  We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

For appointment no shows or last minute cancellations, we will administer an appropriate cancellation fee.

As naturopathic doctors can you prescribe medication?

Yes, all Naturopathic Physicians working at FCIH have obtained their Prescriptive Authority. Not all medications can be prescribed by NDs. Common medications that patients ask about which cannot be prescribed by NDs include but are not limited to narcotics, testosterone, DHEA, and benzodiazepines.

Where can I find parking?

We have three designated FCIH parking spots in our lot. Additional metered street parking is available on the street.

If you're stopping by Home Depot across the street, you can park in their large lot for 90 minutes with a purchase of a Home Depot good.

For those using transit, FCIH is just 250 meters from Gilmore SkyTrain Station, making it an easy and accessible location.
